1. Information We Collect

When you create a CodeLoop account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We also collect usage data (tool call counts) for billing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the CodeLoop service, process payments, and communicate important updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Your Code Stays Local

CodeLoop's MCP server runs locally on your machine. Your source code, build outputs, test results, and screenshots never leave your computer. We only receive API key validation requests and usage counts.

4. Data Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API keys are stored with only the prefix visible. All communication with our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We use Heroku for hosting our backend API.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
